Aaryon “Bird” Williams Named Head Coach of New Mexico ABC Bullsnakes

announce the appointment of Aaryon “Bird” Williams as their new head coach. This decision

Aaryon ”Bird” Williams brings a wealth of experience, having been a standout player at New
Mexico Highlands University, where he earned two-time Defensive Player of the Week honors in
the RMAC conference. His professional career spans multiple countries, including Denmark,
Iceland, Mexico, and Peru, where he consistently averaged over 20 points and 10 rebounds per
game. Aaryon also made his mark in the National League playoffs of Peru, leading his team to
the Super Eight with standout performances.
Beyond his playing career, Aaryon has a proven track record as a general manager and a
mentor, working with hundreds of youth across New Mexico and connecting professionals to
new opportunities. His comprehensive understanding of the game and dedication to player
development make him the ideal leader for the Bullsnakes.
